Patient Transportation Reimbursement
If your doctor has ordered new imaging, it is important that you complete this as soon as possible. To help defray your travel costs, Carlsmed® will reimburse your transportation expenses to and from the imaging facility. Thank you for taking this important step to participate in your healthcare.
